How do you know whether the result is good or not?

It will show percentile results. Which means it will compare the result with other systems they have tested, which are using exact same components. If the percentile result for each component is good, then that component fine, so even if you buy that new same model of that component, it will not mostly improve the performance much. Though you may upgrade the component with a higher-end model or higher number if the system supports. For example, can add memory or RAM to improve the performance.

So, that about checking whether the component has lost its performance over time.

But by comparing the model with other models you can know how good the component model is compared to other models.
